Free courses and trial access. Free courses and free trial access have no charge and are not eligible for a refund.
Paid programs. If you enroll in a paid program and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your enrollment date, provided you have completed no more than 20% of the course content and have not received a certificate, exam voucher, or other third-party credential through us.
After the refund window. Requests made after 7 days, or after more than 20% of the content has been completed, are not eligible for a refund. Where a payment plan applies, you remain responsible for any installments due before the cancellation date.
Live cohorts. If you have already attended a live cohort session or received one-on-one mentorship, refunds are reviewed case by case. We may deduct the value of those services from any refund.
Program changes by us. If we cancel a program or cohort, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to another cohort.
How to request a refund. Email juviboltcybertech@gmail.com from the address used to enroll, with your name and the course name. We respond within 3 business days and issue approved refunds to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
Chargebacks. Please contact us before filing a payment dispute so we can resolve the issue quickly.
If you are unsure whether a refund applies to your situation, contact us before making a request so that the circumstances can be reviewed. Nothing in this section limits any refund rights you have under applicable law.
